We have a shed that’s about 20ft wide (width of the garden) x 18 ft deep and it takes over most of our back garden. It’s is at the back wall and not attached to the house.
We are thinking of making it smaller to get some of our garden back as we don’t use the shed. Looking at essentially moving the front wall back so it becomes 20ft x 10ft. Keeping the three walls as moving the front wall of the shed back 8ft and also putting a new roof on it.

Any idea roughly how much something like this would cost?
