I donated a kidney to my husband 2 years ago, (Beaumont ) he since has had major Renal, cardiac. Lung , cancer , issues requiring radiotherapy and is classed as a serious risk
..I am his main carer, and also a front line worker with decreased renal function/ asthma .. no PPEs available at work .. it’s just a matter of time , hate to say this .... but before I KILL MY HUSBAND..due to inadequate social distancing/precautions..wake up .. we need to be able to socially distance ourselves without financial penalties I used all my sick leave due to donation.. so have to wait 4 years to build it up again ...this is in Ireland ... my husband worked in the UK so not eligible for benefits here..I could use the Carona virus and self cert for 14 days but more
than likely will be thrown right back into the mix... and into a worsening situation..could you please give this your immediate attention... we have walked a tough journey to keep this man / husband / father/grandad /son ..loved by so so many ..to give up now..just because we can’t afford to live without my wage coming in ( which would be ? I’m sure far less than cost of dialysis ) ...I’m sure there is more than myself in similar situation clarification in the long run with the government would be ideal..but we need action now ..not tomorrow !!!
