Ok I saw that but I thought private car was B class. I will tell you the reason I ask is I got a court summons with M1 as the class on a private car.

B is the driving licence classification for a car.
M1 is the actual type of vehicle category (a car)

I am seeking advice from a solicitor first then I will get back & tell the story. One thing for sure with no one working tax take is down so they will be told to go for blood to bring in money.

I got a summons to appear as a witness for the attempted thef of an MPV, I had a saloon at the time and took a while to realise it was a Motor Propelled Vehicle. You have been correctly summoned.
