New House - unsure on heating system

    We are moving into a new house and I'm a little confused on the heating system.

    I've taken a picture of the setup here --> https://i.imgur.com/S3v6KOr.jpg

    Just wondering for the water, is that the oil thats heating the water specifically or is that just where the immersion is now based? As far as Heating 1 and 2, I get that Heating 1 is downstairs and Heating 2 is upstairs.

    Just confused on the set up, as every other house I was in, once the heating was on, that would automatically heat the water.
