Toilet flange

Are the floor sewer pipes that toilets sit on a standard size? Think the flange (?) is leaking but don't wanna take the whole toilet apart to check the size if I don't need to

Standard soil pipe is 110mm dia. (4"). 150mm dia. (6") might be used in apartments.
