Hi so have some brown on my portugese laurel,last year i was told it was downy mildew so i sprayed it with Potato blight spray thats what was recommended,does this still look like downy mildew to you guys or is something else,conditions wise hedge is down about 5 years ,its in front of a hedge row so im wondering is this…
