Missed payment

    Hi,

    My wife changed bank accounts but forgot to inform Liberty. She is now being asked for full payment which is not possible as she lost her job as a result of the Covid 19 situation. She is happy to pay the missed payment and set up a new new direct debit. Is this something Liberty could help with
