    Well people,

With gyms closed, any recommendations for a home pull up bar/dip rack? Ideally one that's a fold away, non fixed piece of equipment?

Looked at a 'pull up mate' which was ideal, but they seem to be out of stock/not operating at present!

    Thanks in advance.

I bought one of those clamp type ones to fit between your door frame, so that the door can close. ****e!! Supposed to hold upto 200kg. I’m just under 100kg and it falls down every time. So be careful in what you go for.

On another note though - I’ve been trying to get 2x Dumbells or one kettlebell for home workouts, have searched half of Dublin this week and online. Not a thing, and no better getting it from the north or UK.
Adverts and donedeal have next to nothing either

Rang them this evening, they’re closed as of this evening and no more orders!

Ah. Based on an IG post, there seemed to be a huge volume of orders so not a huge surprise I guess

You can do dips using 2 decent chairs, or possibly in the corner of a kitchen counter. If you have an attic you can span a bar or broom across it for pullups. If the broom is weak you will want your hands as close to where the broom is supported as possible, it will snap easily if weight is in the middle but is surprisingly strong where supported.
