    Instead of building new test centres would it not be feasible to use churches(all denominations) for the purpose.....they are idle,functional and in every town/village......what do you think?

    You could say the same about schools, libraries, etc. being idle.

    But I’d say none of these options are very practical (plus in the case of churches I have to admit I am not sure but I assume they are not owned by the state or local authorities).

    Places where polling stations were located would be ideal.
