Looting seems to be creeping into the news. How far will this go from a law and order point of view

In breaking news today 3 pubs in Dublin City Centre hit last night. Palace Bar in Fleet Street, a bar in Parliament Street and 1 other
Also heard Loughlinstown Leisure Centre was broken into and stripped of a bunch of running and rowing machines
Anyone know of any other activity

Local news, probably not big enough for the media. Also heard the owner has stripped Johnny Foxes in Glencullen of anything valuable as the premises will be closed for the foreseeable. Probably a wise move but indicative of how scared pub owners are

With everyone at home, the run of the mill domestic burglaries won't happen - although I wouldn't be surprised if there is an uptick in elderly robbery unfortunately.

In this environment, you'd expect the closed businesses to be hit. Don't know what you'd steal from a closed pub? Hardly any cash on premises at this point, stock would be bulky, and what value would pub fittings be too anyone.

booze and fags are easy sellers in estates.
We were only talking about a dawn to dusk curfew earlier.

Scumbags will take advantage. These are the same lowlifes that would be criminals anyway.
