    Hi.

I recently got a new bank card as my student debit card expired. My new bank card isn't a student one anymore. I was woundering is my pin code still the same as I never recieved a letter with my new pin? Could I use the same code on my new card? Also, I have no cash in my account so is there another way to activate my cars if my pin does work?

    Hope to hear back soon

    Many kind regards

    Hi Febreeze,

    Thanks for the post today.

Generally, when a new card is sent out, you will receive a PIN in 2-3 days. After this. If you have not received a new PIN by this time, the old PIN should work.

This can be brought to a Bank of Ireland ATM and cash would not need to be withdrawn.

    We hope this information helps.

    Thanks,
    Richard
