Underfloor heating manifold pump seized, how easy is it to swap out.

    Hi all,
as the title says, the manifold pump has stopped working. Looks like the pump has seized. Everything else is fine.
How easy is it to swap out the pump? Is is just a case of undoing the two manifold nuts and pull straight out, or is is recessed and will need more disassembly of the manifold?

Its a Wilo RS15/6 -3 Ku C pump. I can take it out and bring it to a heating/plumbing shop to get a replacement. I just don't want to be half way through dissassembly to find that I need to dissassemble more.

The manifold has Kilma embossed on it.

I have enough plumbing experience, swapping out motorised valves, taps, etc. that I am happy to do it. It's just that I haven't gone near the manifold before and know how these things can grow arms and legs as soon as you start.

The manifold can be isoldated from the rest of the system, and has a bleed valve for when the new pump goes in.

At least it's warming up, and I have alternative heating until it's fixed.

Any help and advice appreciated, and I can send more info or photos if needed.

    Thanks
