Bought a new build 3 years ago and the kitchen sink tap is starting to have issues with dripping. Picture is below, hot tap on the left feels quite loose compared to the cold on the right. I've looked all around the tap and can't find any way to tighten it up, there is a screw hole in the back but I guess that for spout which can rotate 360 degrees. Will the whole thing need to be replaced before it gets any worse?

Have never come across this tap before but i would reckon that the lever part unscrews and then the bigger circular part that connects directly to the tap body also unscrews allowing you to get at the internals.
