I got a notification that I was eligible for this offer at this (probably individual) addresss:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/b?node=20927282031&pf_rd_r=8H7W6YMNTKWHC24C94KT&pf_rd_p=a474dbe0-0dca-4e01-a347-b28178d6b4bd

It should be on your front screen if you're eligible - blue box. £5 off £25 off items sold by Amazon.

Offer expires March 29th - allowed me to upgrade an order I had on the way to the next level up :)

    Works for me! Cheers!

Out of interest, do you buy a lot from amazon? Were you buying books?

I do buy a lot, yes - but not books.

I got it too but it says validate your order by 31/10/19. Will give it a shot.

The more you buy the less u get in the way of deals, just the way it is

If you keep at least a few accounts on the go you'll usually get it on one of them

there's a specific page on the offer so not specific to individual accounts.....

it is only for products sold and shipped by amazon and there are probably other t's and c's which i didn't read cos it worked for me on a firestick...

That page says not eligible for some people (me included), so it is in fact for only some accounts.

    That's true..

.. but I buy probably 2-3 times a month from Amazon and I was eligible for this one.

I think voucher codes validity might have a bit more to them than frequency sometimes.

If this doesn't work for you, get onto amazon uk live chat and complain about it, they usually add a 5gbp promo balance.

Tried that. No dice. Got an excuse that some items in my order were not Sold and fulfilled by Amazon, even though the main item I ordered was definitely sold by Amazon EU SARL and cost £109.

Pretty poor customer service from them I have to say, given that the discount was visible on my amazon homepage.

Why don't u try split the order, keep the sold and fulfilled item separate

Thank OP, worked on my account.

Is it too late to cancel the order and place again?

I order something there yesterday. Got on to the chat just now, they can't add it after the fact so I just ask the CS rep to cancel my order (Not yet dispatch) and I placed it again with the code.

Anyone actually getting any of their orders from Amazon at the mo? My two orders from Amazon EU SARL with free delivery haven't been dispatched since last week, i assume because of Covid-19.
Wonder if i cancel them and use this code and pay for shipping will it be any better.

Mine was order on Sunday and dispatched. Due to arrive on Friday.

Have you check whether you are eligible? If you are eligible and they have not dispatch yet, you might as well cancel and place the order again (Presuming the price of the items you are buying didn't go up in price - Best to check this first before you cancel).
