Hi I have been referred by my GP to my local hospital as a public patient for an endoscopy but of course waiting lists are crazy so I’d be waiting a long time for it. Therefore I’m willing to go private and pay the full cost myself as I don’t have insurance. Just wondering if anyone knows anywhere that does a bill after the procedure or will I have to pay the entire cost before the procedure. Thanks

Shop around, and ask what their payment plans are.

I found a huge difference in price for a prodecure between St Vincents Private and The Beacon (which was 50% cheaper for the exact same test)
