    I have a couple of interests, it is nice to get your head out of the Cheltenham cards for an hour.

    I have a Lay of the Day.

    Meydan 2.20 - Barney Roy. Won handy last time and a previous group 1 winner at Royal ascot 2 1/2 years ago.... I just think at 4/6 there are enough talented horses to oppose him with. He was injured for years and if anything could even be susceptible to a bounce. Too short and I am laying.

    Nice card at Wolverhampton. I like Gulliver in the 2.45. 8/1 is juicy all things considered, course winner and distance winner. Dave O'Meara 3 winners in the last week, from 4 runners.

    Screaming colours looks huge in the hunters at gowran. Ran them into the ground in a strong point to point last time after a break. 12s way too big
