Preliminary tax 2020

    Hello,

I am in the process of making 2019 IT return (form 11).

During 2019 I had some income that I will not have this year.

For 2020 I am left only with some shares that are paying dividends. Dividends are being taxed at the source and shares will be transferred out of the country to my broker account by the end of 2020.

To complete the picture, I am non-resident.

Should I pay any preliminary taxes for 2020? Also, can I avoid 2020 IT return next year as my only income is from those dividends (that as I said are being already taxed)?

    Thanks!
