Revolut or N26 for weekend trip to Scotland

Going to a wedding next weekend in Scotland.

I have a UB bank account, N26 and Revolut. I presume I'm better using Revolut when over there? Is there any advantage to converting it to sterling on the card or just let it go on the rate on the day at their hand? Probably be tapping to pay as opposed to relying on cash.

Revolut, convert beforehand to avoid the weekend mark up
