NCT test and insurance

    Car NCT expired, can only get conditional pass cert on new NCT - insurance broker won’t renew policy because I have no NCT.. what to do? Conditional pass might last months until ramps are fixed and backlog of others re-tested. What are others doing and how to address not getting criminalised . Obviously I need the car.
