Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Had similar with a Kindle. Sent it via UPS who picked it up from home. Amazon paid for the shipping. It was delayed en-route, was out for delivery and then seemed to be lost. After a week or so it was delivered. A pain in the neck and not as smooth as when stuff used to back to Portlaoise.

Yeah, now how to get Amazon to reinstate Portlaoise returns 🧐?

    If

I'm returning a mouse to amazon (supposedly like new but had some damage underneath) and I got a label to ship it back to Portlaoise. So far so good.

But... why do they give you 4 pages to print?

It's the label to put on the box with the Amazon Portlaoise address

It's the bar code to drop inside the box

It's 2 "commercial invoices" for...some reason? What's An Post going to do with those?!

One of the commercial invoices is meant to be attached to the box, along with the return label. They say you're meant to give the other one to An Post but I've never needed to when returning stuff.

Not sure if anyone had a similar experience but I just received the wrong order from Amazon.

I ordered an Office chair and was delivered a large bathroom cabinet mirror. The box is huge and it's 30kg.

they just told me to return it and they cover up to £9 return fees.

I have no experience in posting something this large and the return docket says office chair, this has to go back to the UK and customs will be looking at it like wtf?

I want Amazon to pick it up themselves, this was no fault of mine. My name is on the address and I never ordered this mirror.

I had to rebuy the chair again with more money as they haven't refunded me the wrong item till its returned.

What do I here, I'm not lifting this heavy item to the post office and £9 won't cover anything on this item. Anpost says €30 for up to 20kg but this item is heavier

Trying to return a solar light to Amazon, it’s expensive so need to get a refund. Who is best to use to return, will have to be a company that does pick up as located rurally and a post won’t take it, as contains prohibited item, they delivered it but won’t return it.

Trying to return anything with a battery is next to impossible and costing a fortune with DHL. Don’t think I’ve ever had to return anything before but thought you could return items to Portlaois once upon a time.
