Extended waiting times for MyEnquiries?

    Hi all,

    Following on from the Statement of Liability 2019 thread - has anyone submitted anything via MyEnquiries and are still waiting for a response after 5+ weeks?

    Fortunately I received my SOL, but the downside was that there was a big error on my employers part resulting in a tax bill - whereas it should be the other way around. After speaking with Revenue on the phone and getting the necessary correspondence from my employer I submitted it via MyEnquiries on 13/01/20 followed with an amendment on 18/01/20 - five weeks later, as I still hadn't gotten a reply, I phoned Revenue again. The officer assigned it to herself and now, weeks later, still no answer.

    I understand they're absolutely up the walls but I'm wondering has anyone had any luck on getting a response on myenquiries ? At least I know that if I'm not the only one then I can just sit and wait and know that my query hasn't been forgotten about.

    They say they will respond in 20 working days. Sometimes it is 1 day and you get a response other queries are never responded to.

    I got mine recently and was due a rebate rang them and the response was above and beyond.
    So keep ringing!
