    The media presentation of this report from IICSA is rather interesting. All the Tory press are reporting it as 'no evidence of VIP network' and blaming Tom Watson, a former Labour politician who isn't even in politics currently, for stirring up witch-hunts. The report from PA seems to be more balanced.

    Of course most journalists and even less of the public don't even bother reading the actual reports, but fwiw, here it is:
