    open dos command prompt

    dir >> foo.mxf

    all done

    Open it in a text viewer and delete a bunch of random lines... Then try opening it...


    I don't know what mxf is but that might have the desired effect.

    Whats the dos command propt? and how do i open it?....im on a mac aswell

    Just create a text file with some random letters and symbols and save as with the name and extension of the actual file.

    Than burn the house.

    Didn’t work plus my manger would prob notice thanks anyway when he transfers the footage

    copy the file over onto an sd card

    sellotape the sd card to a piece of a4 paper

    put the a4 paper into a paper shredder

    job done

    Your manager will respect honesty that the project is not finished on time, rather than you making a mess of what you are supposed to be doing.
