The Stryd & the footpod are with their new owners, HRM is still available if anyone is interested otherwise it will be a birthday present for someone I think.

Offer asking on the HRM if still available (and if you are happy to post to Dublin). I'm tired of the unreliable numbers that the optical sensor in my FR225 spits out more often than not.

How good are those footpods for treadmill workouts?

    Thanks

Yup still available, fire me on a pm & we can sort things out. Posted the other two items as well so shouldn't be a problem.

I use a non wind stryd on the threadmill and run by the power settings, the reading comes up a little less than the treadmill display.
    Good post on it here

I 2nd that. I'm the happy owner of Opus' Stryd and very pleased with it for accurate pacing. Using power indoors and drifting to using it outdoors too
