Payroll just reduced my wage suddenly without ANY notice

I received my payslip less than an hour ago and noticed that payroll deducted €3 p/h from my hourly rate without ANY notice.
Payroll states I signed a "wage declaration" form on my old site claiming that if I moved to a different site my wage would decrease to that site, which was fair enough.

Thing is, I left that site back in November last year and they've only realized today that I have been on the wrong rate and without any notice or warning suddenly cut my wage.
(I work alot more hours on this site so to be honest I didn't even realize my rate was the same as I was coming out with more money either way)

I have a mortgage to pay which was due for payment tomorrow. Now I will be nearly short €200 in my wages this week and had no previous warning.

In your previous thread it was your rent that was due, now it’s your mortgage.

    Which is it?

And apparently you’d been left off the rota because you were due to change site but now you’re working extra hours

You’ll be down a lot more when you pay them back what you owe them

    Its rent to buy.

If you read my past post I did not say I am off the roster. I WAS after the supervisor signed me off back in November. I'm on a different site now doing 12hours instead of 8

You acknowledge that you signed the form. Just because they didn't act straight away on the reduction doesn't mean they can't reduce your wage based on the form signed. They're well within their rights to reduce your wage, however they could've done you the courtesy of letting you know.

Don't be surprised when they come after you for the overpayment too.
