I am selling a one bed apartment.
Thought i had all fees paid but solicitor added another one today!

Is it normally the buyer or the seller that pays for rpa mapping and floor plans?

I've been quoted 325 + vat. Is that reasonable?

    thanks

If the apartment is registry of deeds property, the seller has to get an engineer to draw up maps that are suitable to be submitted by the purchaser for first registration. If that is the case, that sounds like a good price from an engineer.

    Yeah that’s about right.
A friend was quoted €500 by an architect here in Dublin.
