    All,

I was caught drink driving the morning after a night out. I was barely over the limit and under the new rules I am facing a 3 month suspension from driving. I want to ask does anyone know about insurance on company cars. I work for a really large company. I need my car but I am willing to hire a driver( I probably need to travel 2 days a week). I am wondering would the insurance company continue to cover me after the three months.

I don’t think I’m in fear of losing job as my contract states that road traffic acts that don’t include a conviction don’t require disciplinary action.

You will have a conviction though. I’d strongly recommend not trying to hide this from your employer. If you were my employee and owned up to it I’d try to make it work. If you hide it, the trust would be gone and you would be too.
