JSB arrears

    Never had to sign on before so apologies if this is a really stupid question. Was laid off on 6th Feb, went in to sign on next day.

    Qualify for JSB and got letter friday to pick up payment today(and every wednesday thereafter). I know first 3 days are unpaid, my payment states payment will run from Friday 7th Feb.

    Docket shows payment collected today runs from 10/02 to 12/02 (3 days).

    Does that mean I collect the next full payment on wednesday 19th that will cover last week?

    Also, is JSB paid in arrears? Should payment this week relate to Wed 12th-Wed 19th? or should it be for period 19th -26th?

    Again apologies if its a silly question, just wanted to be clear

    It is paid in arrears.
    Your claim runs from the 7th, but as you already know the first three days are unpaid. So you've gotten your full payment so far, there are no arrears due.
