Hi.

I am 20 years in civil service and changed department's 17months ago. I recently applied for internal EO competition. I went for interview and scored very high in mytwo competencies from previous department but scored 60% on my competency from New department. The comments from interviewer states my people management and drive and commitment skills where excellent but I would benefit more from specialised skills within my new dept. They called first 50 for 2nd interview and I scored 67 out of approx 500 applicants. Would it be worth seeking a review.
