    Howdy,

Anyone any experience of dealing with this organisation? You can register for free, but to see the jobs you need to be a premium member - which costs.

It seems a strange business model for a legitimate Recruitment agency considering the high fees they get if they place a client. And to place a client they need to have candidates, why put a barrier in place to get the big fee?

I imagine most if not all jobs they offer are available elsewhere. Anyone land a job with them?

    Anyone else think it's dodgy?

Any company which charges you to see job ads should obviously be avoided like 2019-nCov.

It is genuine. I can't speak for the Irish site, but on the Swiss one they do have a few jobs that are not in the public domain, but after week or so they turn up in the public domain as well. I'm not sure, but I think they have an arrangement with a few employers to give them a head start, but that is all.

Bad news, this is becoming a thing as has strong arm tactics to pay for a resume review and interview techniques course.. I've had one agent from a well know international recruits on to me here this morning tell me they are now focusing more on the needs of the candidate that is why they are suggesting the need for resume reviews and coaching.... sure, noting to do with the fee..
