Hi all,

We are not from Ireland and thinking to buy our first house in Dublin. There are some nice properties which are in good condition but they all have on bathroom upstairs.
We would like to ask whether it's a good idea to buy those and then install an ensuite to the biggest bedroom of the house.
If it is, how long will it possibly take? How much should we spend?
We just need a small basic ensuite with a standing shower, a toilet and a sink. We're just worried about plumbing. If it's expensive, we can do all titling and painting ourselves.
