Music Quiz Sheep (Music Prize On Offer!)

Greetings travellers,

I have devised a music quiz SHEEP which hopefully the flock will come join!

For newcomers, the object of SHEEP is to give the answer which you think most people will give. The most popular answers for each question will form a SHEEP, and the person with the most points at the end of all the questions wins!


GOOGLE is allowed.

NAME:

1. A person Billy Joel mentions by name in the song We Didn't Start The Fire
2. A bassist past or present who isn't Paul McCartney
3. A drummer past or present who isn't Ringo Starr
4.  Someone who appears on Sgt. Pepper's album cover who isn't a member of The Beatles
5. A music act that isn't regarded as real/human (i.e. a cartoon or in costume etc.)
6. A singer/musician whose current/past partner was/is also famous (no need to name the partner)
7. A fictional or non-fictional film/docu about an artist/group/band
8. A member of 'The 27 Club'
9. A music producer
10. A live music venue or festival past or present
11. A radio DJ past or present
12. A piece of equipment an artist/band would use
13. A Top Of The Pops presenter past or present
14. A famous duet/collaboration in music that wasn't Band Aid (song title not needed)

16. The best decade for music
17. An all-female BAND ( so not a group like the Spice Girls etc)
18. A music label
19. An artist/band/group who appeared on an episode of The Simpsons 
20. A guitarist dead or alive
21. An American band/group active in the seventies
22. A musician/singer who was jailed at any time

Can we get some clarification on what 15 means. Not looking for examples or anything, I just don't understand what it means...

Explain it to me like I'm 5 years old...

In question 21 (An American band/group active in the seventies), can the act have been around outside of that decade as well?

I think it means something you use to listen to music

Just to clarify no.15. You have two options:

1. Something you use to listen to music.
2. Something you use when listening to music.

So theoretically, there's a host of answers, as you might clean toilets while listening to music, and then your answer could be 'toilet brush'.:)

When is this one going live? I'm hoping to do better than the Picture PEEHS TV Shows Reveal thread this evening. It's very hard to figure out the least favourite answers! This would appear to be a little more straight forward!

On question 18, lots of big music labels have subsidiaries, but I won't be doing any grouping favours, so you have to be specific.

I've had a quick scroll through the entries and I think I know the current leader. Still a couple of weeks to enter.
