Nah. Likely a personality disorder though. Ignore him. He’ll go away.

He was jailed last year wasn't he?

I think he has an anger management issue. He seems to think expressing his own anger is more important than getting the job done and helping people.

I understand he is passionate but he has never learned wisdom and the self control so he can help his people better.

You have to know when to be feisty. I think Micheal D is a great example of having the correct balance in this.

If you disagree with him then he must have.

What if i agree with him on a lot of things but i think threatening employees getting yourself thrown in prison and aggressive campaigns are a bit much?

No, if he's irrationally angry. And he seems to be.

Its ok to be angry. You just have to control it and direct it in the right way.

I think he would be a head melt over anything.

Plus he tends to stand up for evictions when the people being evicted are rich or the property is set up under a trust fund etc a lot.

The whole standing up against corruption sometimes seems to be a smokescreen for helping to obstruct the repayment of loans from very rich people. There was this family from Dalkey the Dad was a solicitor he owed 71 million to the banks. But they wanted to keep this Dalkey mansion. It was madness. BEN GILROY was their spokesperson. So he can't say he is against corruption.

He was a former bodyguard so i think he is just a bully. I can't see why people would want someone like that around them unless they were up to no good. He screams psycho!

In fairness I did get a giggle when he mentioned the greens

"They want to tax the working man... I'm against pollution but this crowd - no thanks"

I saw that video on Facebook and thought it bizarre and he was a bit narky. I had to look him up then.

Would anyone seriously vote for him?

Im not a fan of the guy but to use the words think, seem, "there was this family", "tends to help rich people", it's all just fiction.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but a bit of fact goes a long way to support it.

SOLICITOR Brian O'Donnell has failed in an attempt to meet with the receiver who wishes to sell the Gorse Hill property in Killiney, Dublin where he and his wife are currently living.
The receiver, Tom Kavanagh, wishes to sell the house, valued at €7 million, to meet part of a €71.5 million debt owed by the O’Donnells for various unpaid property loans.
Mr O'Donnell, along with his son Blake and spokesperson Ben Gilroy, left the offices of Deloitte on Earlsfort Terrace in Dublin in recent minutes having failed to meet directly with his receiver.

When you hear someone talk about the ‘Apple billions’ belonging to the Irish people you know they’re a gobsh1te who hasn’t got a clue.

Would it be better to tax them at a higher level and risk a departure from Ireland by a few of the bigger companies or would it be better to keep the status quo and hold onto the thousands of jobs they provide, would it all balance out eventually, I've often wondered what would happen if anyone could enlighten me

I would tax them more every 4 yrs. Then let them have 3 yrs corp rate tax.

Also they have to provide a certain min salary.

In my experience, thick people from Dublin love that kind of “says how it is” ****e. Sentimental references to “de peeeple” and so on. I could never imagine Ben Gilroy operating beyond the confines of The Pale.
