Weird residue from Teabags

I have noticed when using a particular brand of teabags. There’s an oil type substance that floats on the top layer of the tea (liquid) inside the cup. It’s not appealing in aesthetics nor taste!

Can anyone explain what this is?

I will change to another brand of tea until I can get more information on what this substance is.
