Hi Lads and Lasses, the wife and myself are currently looking for somewhere to buy and we seen a cheap apartment for around 200k. Since this seems quite cheap I'm a bit wary about the place and I don't have any friends or family from the area so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what the place is like?…

I've also done some googling and seen there was some pyrite issues in the past but I imagine that's all sorted now. Thanks for any info people can provide!
