Going to the toilet Men vs Women

Just thinking there that it's pretty much less hygienic for women to use the toilet especially public ones when you have to sit down all the time. As a man I always wash my hands after I go but it's only my prick that I've been handling whilst women have the back of their thighs (which are generally larger than male thighs) in contact with a dirty unknown surface.

I'm thinking that when you sit on a toilet it's actually pretty filthy.

    Women, wash your thighs...

I hover over a public toilet, my thighs are unsullied.

Paper the seat, of using public “conveniences” for a sit down.

Paper down in the water too, to provide a buffer and avoid the dreaded “Neptune’s Kiss”.

Never get caught needing to number 2 it publicly? Do you wash your thighs? More chance of whizz on the seat in a lads toilet than the ladies... poor aim and all that..

List of things that have more germs than a toilet seat.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2011/04/what-has-everything-more-germs-toilet-seat-everything/350109/

Steering wheels have 9 times more germs than a toilet seat.
A computer keyboard has 5 times more germs than a toilet seat.
A desk has 400 times more germs than a toilet seat.
An iPhone has 18 times more germs than a toilet seat.
Kitchen faucets have more germs than toilet handles.
Kitchen sponges and sinks have more germs than a toilet seat.
Restaurant ice-cubes may have more germs than restaurant toilet water.
Restaurant menus and high-chairs have more germs than a typical toilet seat.
Shopping carts have more germs than public restrooms (and escalators).

We all know the germs, urine droplets and traces of blood or faecal matter won't kill us if we were to inadvertently sit on them, but a warm seat is nauseatingly disconcerting. I'd go so far as to say it ruins the day.

It’s funny, in school we’d employ the services, through the threat of violence, of a young boy, from one of the “lower forms”, to warm the toilet seats on those cold winter mornings but there is a big difference between a seat warmed by a youth than that of one warmed by a big, sweaty, hairy “man ass”.

Exactly. One could repeatedly identify location as being off the west coast while crying foul on those who dare to speculate where. Then again, one would safely assume this forum is a haven for grown-ups.

Nothing surprising about it. Plenty of ladies jacks in pubs and nightclubs end up looking like someone got stabbed while taking a dump and tried to escape from the cubicle mid-stream. Absolutely rotten stuff.

I’ll never forget the dirtbirds sitting on the sinks in the mens toilets in the point depot at a concert, taking a piss and being shameless about it. Scumbag stuff.

As for there being only grown ups here :rolleyes:

We had a repeat offender in our job, who guaranteed, would have left half of her deposits on the floor. She also managed to get it on the walls sometimes (talking no.2 here.) . A dog would be tidier.

Dried shavings of mucus, dead skin, fecal matter, urine, entangled pubic hairs, pimple heads and other human debris, are all to be found on the floors, walls and seats of every public toilet. I cannot believe that people leave their trousers collect around their ankles making contact with these items and more, which then permeate the fabric. Different coloured pubic hairs thread their way through the seam in your slacks, fecal crustations are loosened from the seat hinge and fall onto the band in your underwear.

Meanwhile your thighs are reclaiming tiny droplets of stray urine and sweat from the last occupant of the lavatory.

Somebody will be along to tell you that it’s not surprising, that women’s loos are always worse. That might be their experience but it wasn’t mine though in my pub and restaurant working days. The men’s were almost always more stank and messy.

What kind of bacteria though? That’s more of interest to me than amounts. How much illness-causing bacteria found on each of these things? I mean, a washed hand is still covered in bacteria but it’s the bacteria that’s supposed to be there.

You... don’t wash your hands after weeing? There can be cross-contamination from the back passage. Not during the act of weeing necessarily but via sweat when sitting or moving around .

People using toilets to piss in and diagrams on how to use a toilet and avoid germs that others put there then trying not to put our own germs on top brilliant

Ever sit on jizz on a toilet seat? Some spasticated fecker jizzed all over the seat in the airport.

Must have knocking one off waiting for the flight.

Lucky I had a bottle off water off me. Off with the jeans and jocks and wetted as much tissue as I could to give me cheeks a clean.

Still pretty pissed off about it to be honest.

Do you ever feel like sitting down to have a good cry? You’ve just had to explain to a grown-up why they need to wash their hands after going to the toilet.

The worst for a man imo is when you're doing a poo and you inadvertently touch the inside of the toilet with your appendage *shudders*. 99 percent of the time I manage to hold it back but on a rare occasion you feel the contact and that's it, too late, disgusted. *shudders again*

Mine touches the water, but it can't be helped.

Its a grim enough world out there, especially for germophobes, but in reality if you didn't encounter bacteria of all sorts in your life, the first common cold you got would kill you. Just use common sense and get on with your toilet business, you'll be fine.

Thanks for the science lesson Dr. Lar. I think most people are aware you need to encounter bacteria to build up immunity. That doesn't mean it's strange to find manky toilets disgusting or not want your cock to touch the inside of a toilet that colleagues have been sh!tting and pissing in all day.

Depends where you've been sticking them really.

Well, I have checked this list (provided earlier) and considered if I use Mr Willy in any of the "activities" (answers below)

Steering wheels have 9 times more germs than a toilet seat. - I don't steer the car with it
A computer keyboard has 5 times more germs than a toilet seat. - I don't type with it (well, only by accident)
A desk has 400 times more germs than a toilet seat. I don't get it out on the desk; not these days, anyway
An iPhone has 18 times more germs than a toilet seat. Don't use it for texting, WhatsApp
Kitchen faucets have more germs than toilet handles. Afraid of scalding it on the hot tap
Kitchen sponges and sinks have more germs than a toilet seat. Don't use it for washing up
Restaurant ice-cubes may have more germs than restaurant toilet water. Don't stir my cocktail with it
Restaurant menus and high-chairs have more germs than a typical toilet seat. Usually go for the special. Children have grown up, so not applicable
Shopping carts have more germs than public restrooms (and escalators). Don't walk round Tesco, loading shopping in with both hands and navigating aisles by willy rudder control

So it's a "No from me, Simon!" :D
