    Hi all,

Just left my car 7 month old BMW 3 series into be serviced today at the main dealer. Coming down the motorway I noticed this vaint annoying little buzz from the fan in the Climate Control/air con.
Rang them to check and not called me back yet (no doubt it'll mean another bloody trip into them). Before we do anyhting else is any familar with this and what it may be? it defintely was not there before this morning. Minor 1st service of the car.

I've a similar issue, with me its the Aircon is low on gas.
Try switching off the a/c and turn off the auto button.
    See if the noise disappears.

I’ve arranged to pop back into them to check it. Will update after I do

Ours has done that intermittently since we got it at a few months old. I just turn the fan up to 11 for 20 secs and then back to auto which normally cures it. We've had the aircon serviced in the past and it still does it.

It’s odd. Not very loud but definitely there. Like the fan is brushing off something. I’ll see what they say. Odd it happened after the service

Yeah that description sounds like it! As we've always been able to get rid of it we've just left it, didn't want anyone taking the dash apart.

Took it back to the dealer and apparently it was a small leaf caught in the pollen filter causing the noise! All sorted now thankfully and little buzzing noise is gone
