I recently got one from tool hire place. 52cc. I could have done with a more powerful one. Anyone use them regularly? Ebay seems to have quite a few upto 172cc 4 stroke. Any recommendations?

I have a pto driven one I got a bit of use out of on difficult ground where the post driver was encountering rocks and snapping posts...found it of some but ultimately limited use (for me anyway)

I found the petrol ones not much use tbh as on that type of fence where I might consider using one of those the post driver or loader with bucket even would smack them down...and if it was awkward to get to with post driver I've started using clippex posts and if they don't drive (rare occasion) then a crowbar and do a couple of tests holes in the area I intend to drive.

Long story short I've found clipex good for difficult or boggy ground and they seem to be lasting well...(admittedly its only been 4 years)
