A new short form streaming service for mobile devices has been putting in billions to make series. This is the first of them.

Wrongfully accused. On the run. The Fugitive. Kiefer Sutherland and Boyd Holbrook. Coming April 2020. Only on Quibi

Episodes on this are supposed to be 10 minutes each, right? I mean, kinda get the idea in principle, not sure they've thought this through though.

Just watched the trailer and apart from being seemingly innocent there aren't many similarities to previous versions.

Watched one show from Quibi - When the Streetlights Go On. Actually liked the format

I watched Dummy (Anna Kendrick finds herself able to talk to her boyfriend's sex doll). Very raunchy and very funny.

Wouldn't expect any of these to see a season 2 as Quibi is flopping hard IIRC, even with a western world stuck predominantly indoors.

Maybe that's why. It's designed for mobile devices for commuting, etc. But now people can just stay in and watch as normal. That and it's yet another subscription service

It certainly didn't help.

I have not enjoyed a single show I've watched on it. Will keep an eye out on future releases as they've got some major talent contributing and I've no issue with the "quick bits" format.

They should buy up Stargate Origins. That would be a good cheap buy to add to there catologe of shows as the episodes in that were only 10 minutes each.

This service is seriously struggling by the looks of it.
The phones only thing was always a tad odd....It seems mad they don't have an app (I know they are working on them Roku and Amazon)

Harsh, AC. I really enjoyed this. It was a great story and had very good production values.
It had a similar aesthetic to Prison Break which I liked (not surprising with Nick Santora behind the teleplay).

I don't think Quibi works as a service though. I watched this in a playlist so it was a continous experience (which goes against the Quick Bites format)

I think it would have worked better as a movie or a short event series.
