As the title suggests I'm on the look out for a brooks cambium. :D I was looking at the C15. I'm just scratching an itch so the cheaper the better, I've always had an interest in trying one out and they're a bit on the pricey side to buy new on a whim.

Also anyone with one how are they for comfort? I've heard mixed reviews with some saying they're rock hard and unforgiving on long spins.

I have a c15 all weather ,I think. Love it.
I may have a spare on in the shed that is belong to Rob Fowl.
It squeeks a bit and is the brown /natural colour.
I dismantled it and put a dab of grease on all the contact points but not sure if it worked.
I will ask Rob if he wants rid of it!

Good to hear, I have heard some of them suffer from a squeak where the rails are molded into the saddle.

Yeah cool if Rob wants to move it along I'm interested. :)

I have both a carved and ord version - great saddles - took a little while getting used but have done over 1200km on the carved in 4 days and no issues.

I initially got the carved and used it for a few rides but did not like the look of it on my new Ti stead so I tried the ord version.

Tbh - I suspect the carved was a little more comfortable but I made my honky tonk get used to the ord version (in general I like carved saddles but you just never know with a saddle til you try).

Will sell the carved for €60 - price firm.

    Can PM for pics

Yeah I only spotted the carved one the other day, luckily my arse doesn't really be bothered by any saddle.

    What colour is your one?

I have a C17S that is not being used. The S denotes female version but the only difference is that it's about 1cm shorter. 50Euro. There may be a pic on my ad for clearout of road parts.

    Lucky you ...hardass.

Official colour of my saddle is Black .......like all Cambium saddles it is a bit greyish ....some of the pics online show jet black and that is not how they are in reality - there is a hint of slate grey of them
