I am a 60 year old male and have been in the gym for the last 10 months following an illness. I started in bad physical; shape and slowly got my fitness levels up. I am now beginning to jog on the treadmill, but get this stab like pain in my calves and have to stop jogging.. It happens in both legs at different times.. Can happen after 10 mins or like yesterday after 30 mins... Any advise please would be appreciated

HI Jimmy, you should probably talk to a physio. If not, just make sure you're well hydrated and keep the progress very slow. Do 10 min until it never happens, then try 15min etc
