    Hi,

    Getting "Alarm Comm.kit Err: 911" on my Thermia Itec heat pump.

    Still producing heat and hot water, any ideas what might be causing the issue?

    Bumping this as I have the same code coming up on my Thermia iTec. Anyone come across this also?

    Yes supplier replace flow sensor but problem remains

    reset but alarm return a few days later
