    Hi.

Will a Rem 700 SPS in short action drop in to this stock?
Is it suitable for the Rem with an internal magazine, and does it free float the barrel?

    Thanks!

    Yes to all questions.
It takes AICS compatible mags, it replaces the internal box mag.

I’m just wondering will it take a Remington 700 vtr triangular barrel?
And also will it take a after market magazine kit ?

Yes it will take the vtr barrel . You dont need a magazine kit for this stock, all you need is a aics type magazine and your good to go.
I have one on my 204 and it feeds flawlessly.
