    He dropped an item as he was walking past us on the river walk between the War Memorial and Chapelizod. I think he may have come down the path from Liffey Gaels/Ballyfermot. Thankfully we were recording our dogs so we got him and his dogs photos.

    Might be an idea to search Facebook for like a Ballyfermot Residents page or similar to find him.
