Numbness after difene injection

I got a difene injection in my upper glute last week and within a few hours I had a numb sensation all around that area. No soreness really on the site of the inject ion but a week later I still have a numb feeling and it's all around that side of my glute and hip. Have I had an allergic reaction or is it nerve damage or…
