Leaking toilet cistern

Howdy folks, I have a leaking toilet cistern. Leak looks like it's coming from the screws at the bottom of the cistern , so maybe the seal is gone or possibly a crack in the bottom of the cistern Before I call a plumber, how hard is it to replace those screws Cheers

Before I call a plumber, how hard is it to replace those screws
