Apart from making you look slimmer and a better body weight,

Does all this good dieting and exercise make you look better?

If you met someone who exercised regularly and had a good diet, would it be noticeable that they look younger, healthier, better skin.

I cant, apart from noticing that they are not fat. I heard that all the victoria secret supermodels are mad boozers and smokers. Obviously as long as they stay skinny and good genes, the boozing and smoking makes no difference.

Models may not necessarily have a healthy diet so probably not the best example.

Besides, the far more important benefits of being healthy won't necessarily be visible.

They may be mad boozers and smokers now but they won't age well.

Not necessarily. Diet is one of a dozen factors. Somebody could be in perfect condition, perfect diet, exercise perfectly.
But take part professionally in an outdoor sport and thus have leather skin.

    Hydration is absolutely huge imo.

Electrolytes can be added if needed, and your on a restricted diet.

exercise and healthy eating wont always mean someone's not fat. Ive seen allot of fat vegans and fat/healthy people. They eat all healthy food but they eat allot of food, more than their 2000/2500 calories a day. Some people also have slow metabolisms.
I notice with people who eat consistently healthy and have done most of their lives have really good skin. Its always line free, glowy and healthy looking and generally people who are healthy look better than people who arent. That said, genes play a big part too.

Also keep in mind, Victoria secret models are very wealthy women in their early to mid 20's, they have youth on their side along with money to spend on expensive treatments. Most famous models and actresses start getting collagen injections, lazers, skin peels, botox and fillers by the time theyre 25. They also have the best dietitians, skin aestiticians (sp?) and personal trainers.
