Hi all, was hoping for clarification. I've been told that if you have third level education you skip points on the pay scale but I can't find concrete information on this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You skip 3 levels after you finish probation if you have a degree.

Treated the same as a degree, skip three points on pay scale after two years service
