Any unusual hobbies?

I'm sure there's all types of weirdos on here, and I bet their pastimes are even weirder.

Nothing outlandish for me really, but I do like to measure the width of pigeons chests when the opportunity presents itself. I carry a little ruler on me at all times, and it's especially lovely to measure their chests when sleeping. I keep a daily record for nostalgia sake, scratched into a corner of carpet in the shed.

    Anyone else into this?

    Any other unusual hobbies?

Completely sure he made that up on the spot and had to carry the lie out to its bitter end.

I agree. It's some amount of bs though. I don't know anyone that can lie like that.

Apparently that was carefully planned, so when you Google 'boris bus' this is what comes up and not the bus he had spouting lies about NHS funding during the Brexit referendum

I love the description of creeping in while pigeons sleep and measuring them with a ruler!!It will stay with me forever : )

I like to take pictures of good graffiti.

There is a (very ANGRY) woman on the beach who walks her BAG OF CATS , with one out front on a lead tippie toeing around the wet patches, and another often draped around her neck like a scarf. She carries the rest in a duffel-type bag. I think she is angry spanish. She has an extremely long blind cane complete with ball at its tip and uses it to slash at anyone who comes within 10 ft of her. She walks often.I assume it is her hobby!

That's not the craziest idea I have ever heard. If it is the case it's nearly genius. Though, It doesn't make the video itself any less mortifying!

The “conspiracy” theory behind it was that he was trying to affect the google results page when searching for his “Brexit” bus lie.

His hobbies are going to exclusive member only clubs in London where he meets other old Etonians and drinks like a fish. He’s also partial to riding women. He’s not the sort of dude who comes in from work and plays computer games for 6 hours.

    I cross breed roses.

    With what ?
If you cross bred a rose with a venus fly trap that would qualify as unusual.

I like to go to the cinema with my wife, or at least I did before it was swamped with a deluge of cut and paste superhero films for babies. And I run at least 60 miles a week.

An unusual hobby I have is that I am a practitioner of basic survivalist skills. I go to the woods at least once a year (usually twice) and stay overnight, making my own fire and shelter.

I am also able to skin animals and I having some knowledge of shoeing horses and metal work so I can function as a farrier or blacksmith if needs be.

I always have a backpack ready to go packed with rations, tarp, pots and pans etc literally within arms reach in the event that I need to flee to the woods or mountains at any moment. I bring it with me everywhere I go.

I remember watching Threads back in the late 90s and decided then and there to prepare for the eventual nuclear holocaust. My wife is a kindlier soul than I am and she said that she would volunteer to stay behind and tend to the sick if she happened to survive the nuclear onslaught and my daughter preferred to stay at home eating and watching ****ing Dallas rather than prepare for armageddon. So it was my son and I who would go out and train on our own until he went to university.

As the years pass and the human species continues to careen to the precipice of extinction with the threat of nuclear war, and the oncoming land wars and refugee crises prompted by climate change, my decision to prepare for a life off the land only seems more and more correct. I also enjoy bouldering.

Ceramics (pottery) - but it's been a few years since I've been active making pottery. I hopefully plan to start this up again later this year.

Astronomy - the stargazing kind - but I suppose that this isn't so unusual.

Depends on what you want to do with them. It's expensive to take them out to Mondello park. About 100 euro a day.
