Hi I need to talk to someone from virgin media

Hi my partner got a new sim card from eir a few months ago because her old account with virgin was cancelled. She had to get a new phone number from eir. I was just wondering is there anyway that she can get her old number back from yourselves? We had wedding invitations printed out and we only realised that they have her old number on them.

Do you know that there’s a talk to virgin media forum?

They won’t be back online till this time Monday.

Calling them would make more sense, freephone 1908.

I did try to find a virgin media thread but it wouldn't let me post comments there. I'll try your link. Thank you

Oh, sorry wasn’t aware they had closed. Definitely call them. Obvs if it’s your girlfriends old account they’ll want to talk to her not you.

Do you know why the old account was cancelled, it would be unusual to not carry across the number at the time, was she disconnected or something?
